"York Condominium Corporation #127 (YCC #127) retained Kent's services (Design Concept and Working Drawings) for two large-scale projects while I was serving on the Board of Directors as Treasurer and later as President. The Corporation went on to implement Kent's redesign of the front areas of 56 town houses including landings, driveways, walkways, trees and other plantings. Kent was professional at all times. His work was complete and accurate. He responded promptly to calls and emails and met his deliverables within the agreed upon time frames. Kent's designs were well thought out in all respects.
